Sandra Broneus Bio

Sandra Broneus is a partner and specializes in capital markets, company law and M&A. Sandra has many years’ experience of advising Swedish and international clients in connection with IPOs, capital raisings, corporate governance, public takeovers and other stock market transactions. Sandra also conduct courses at Uppsala University in IPOs and public takeovers. Sandra has also written a comment to the Swedish regulation for public takeovers. She has also written a book and articles about the Swedish Market Abuse regulation and closely related transactions on the stock market.
