Fredrik Lunden specializes in capital markets law, public M&A and corporate governance. He advises corporations, investors, banks and other institutions on capital markets transactions such as IPOs, public tender offers and capital raisings. Fredrik has also significant experience from giving advice to listed companies in capital markets and strategic matters as well as in connection with shareholders meetings and incentive plans.
