Lars Martin Sveen joined Thommessen in 2012 and has advised on a number of small and large cap M&A transactions. He also assists clients on all matters relating to corporate and securities law, and advise on equity capital markets work. In addition, he has experience from working with a large range of corporate issues from his position as in-house lawyer in Aker Solutions for 3 years, where he was deputy head of legal for the group's largest business area.
