Jone Stakkestad has extensive experience within the oil and gas industry, and assists clients with petroleum, corporate and contract law issues. Stakkestad has particular experience with transactions, relevant background rules of law for the industry, questions under the joint operating agreement, agreements for delivery of goods, equipment and services including rig agreements, agreements for coordinated development of petroleum deposits, agreements on third party access to existing infrastructure and oil/gas sales agreements. Several years of experience as inhouse legal counsel in Wintershall Norway provides Stakkestad with industry knowledge and a practical approach that benefits our clients.
