Bio

Hans Olav Lindal is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. He works mainly with M&A and legal matters related to Shipping, and assists ship owners and other clients with matters concerning contract law, corporate law and financing. He has extensive experience from directorships in Norwegian and international maritime organizations, including shipowners Viken Shipping, Gearbulk, GC Rieber Shipping, G2Ocean, DOF, Dof Subsea, directorship in international marine serviceproviders Wallem Group, and marine insurers Norwegian Hull Club. He has served as President of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association, and at the board of International Chamber of Shipping (ICS). His experience also include directorships in several research institutes.
