Ervin Auren works primarily with mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions, including IPOs for Norwegian and international clients and has 20 years experience within this area of expertise. Ervin has a special marked focus on the real estate and renewable energy sector. He is continuously ranked as a leading Norwegian lawyer within M&A by international rating agencies. Amongst other, he led the Thommessen team assisting on the merger between DNV and GL (2013), the IPO of Entra (2014) and Lyse's sale of its LNG business (2016).
