Are Herrem is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions for Private Equity funds. Are advises both Norwegian, Nordic and large global funds on mergers, acquisitions and investments. He has acted as lead partner in some of the largest and most complex Private Equity transactions in the Norwegian market and has closed more than 100 transactions on Mergermarket. Are is highly recognised for his creativity and ability to find solutions. In addition to his extensive transaction experience, Are also has significant experience in advising companies within trade and industry, oil and gas, the food industry and the media on a wide range of business law issues. Are is ranked as one of the leading transaction lawyers in Norway by the international rating agency Chambers and as "Leading Lawyer" by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR).
