Ylva Enquist Bio

Ylva is co-head of our Transactions department. Her principal areas of work are in capital markets, public M&A, investments and general corporate advisory. She frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing Swedish and international investment banks, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds and listed companies. In addition, she is experienced within fund formation, various co-investment structures, joint ventures and incentive schemes, as well as financial regulatory matters for listed companies, including disclosure obligations and insider information requirements. Ylva has been a lawyer since 2012 and joined Schjødt in 2020. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University. Prior to joining Schjødt, Ylva worked as an investment banker at SEB Corporate Finance, and prior to that she practiced as a lawyer at another law firm in Stockholm. She is ranked as next generation partner and recommended individual by Legal 500.
