Tord Fondevik Bio

Tord has close to 20 years of experience representing blue chip corporations, private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, and their respective portfolio companies on a broad range of transactional and strategic matters, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, public-to-private transactions, recapitalization and restructurings, capital market transactions, minority investments, joint ventures, and various other corporate governance and strategic matters. He frequently advises on complex, cross-border transactions involving large corporations and international investment funds. He is also the co-head of our Life Sciences Practice Group. Over the years he has held numerous leadership roles in the firm. He was previously the head of our Fisheries & Aquaculture Practice Group and for several years he has been our lead business development partner. Tord is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. He joined Schjødt in 2014. He is ranked as a leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
