Timothy Scott Carey, Jr. Bio

Timothy Scott Carey, Jr. is a foreign attorney (admitted to practice in New York) and is part of Schjødt's Transactions department based in Oslo. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments and joint ventures representing both private equity funds and industrial actors. While based in Norway, he has specialised in large and complex international M&A transactions, often with the opportunity to bring his common law experience to assist on transactions involving actors based in common law jurisdictions. Tim has been a lawyer since 2007, and he joined Schjødt in 2022 after working at the law firms BAHR as a foreign attorney and Sullivan & Cromwell as a corporate analyst.
