Thomas Aanmoen Bio

Thomas focuses on capital markets, securities and company law, assisting clients in IPOs, equity capital markets work, private and public M&A, rights issues and secondary offerings, spin-offs and general corporate advisory. Thomas regularly advises issuers and underwriters in a broad range of equity capital market transactions. He also advises companies and their boards in respect of capitalization, structural changes, liability, and provides compliance advice with respect to stock exchange and securities legislation. With 25 years of experience at Schjødt, he has vast experience in his fields of work. Thomas is a graduate of the faculty of law of the University of Oslo.
