Nils is a senior partner with our Industry Department / Offshore and Shipping Group assisting clients across various industries, but especially within the Energy and Shipping sectors. Focusing on M&A/ corporate work, Nils has been advising on a multitude of cross border deals, as well as advising on various other corporate matters. In addition, Nils is an experienced drafter and negotiator of various industry related contracts in all shapes and forms. In Schjødt Nils is heading up the group working to update our management and QA systems.
