Morten Richardsen Bio

Morten is a transaction lawyer specialising on private mergers and acquisitions, including venture capital and private equity. His practice also includes advising managers of private equity and other alternative investment funds with fund-level legal support throughout the life cycle of the funds, from formation to liquidation. Morten has a broad range of experience as lawyer in charge and project leader of a number of domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including mergers/demergers, acquisitions, divestments, private placements and reorganisations. He is also experienced with advising VC investors and founders of start-ups in various phases. His past work experience includes working as a lawyer at law firms Wikborg Rein and BAHR.
