Knut Smith-Erichsen Bio

Knut's principal areas of work are within private M&A, investments, joint ventures, shareholder structures, acquisition financing structures, management incentives, etc and commercial contracts. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing industrial players, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, Family Offices and investment banks. Knut has been a lawyer since 1996 and joined Schjødt in 2007. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
