Karl Klackenberg Bio

Karl Klackenberg is a partner in the Transaction department. His principal areas of work are in M&A, private equity and venture capital. Karl has considerable experience of M&A and corporate law issues which arise in connection with private M&A transactions – both as an adviser to private equity funds and well-reputed industrial clients. Karl has previously worked as an M&A and private equity lawyer at Vinge in Stockholm, and Karl has also added international experience as a foreign attorney in the M&A department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York – and as a secondee at the private equity firm EQT in Stockholm.
