Jens Mathiasen Bio

Jens is head of the Copenhagen office. He has over 20 years of experience as a legal and commercial advisor to companies within the shipping/offshore/energy/renewables sectors, investors, financiers and investment banks and he advises on all types of assets transactions, projects, complex financing and M&A/Corporate transactions. Jens' experience spans the full range of legal and commercial aspects and he provides advice on strategy, negotiating projects for clients and managing disputes and restructurings.
