Einar Caspersen Bio

Einars principal areas of work are in Corporate, M&A/private equity and real estate transactions. He frequently advises on many of the largest M&A and real estate transactions in the Nordics. Einar has been a lawyer since 1993, joined Schjødt in 1998 and became partner in 2001. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is continuously ranked as a leading Norwegian practitioner in M&A/Private Equity and real estate transactions. Einar was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2008.
