Christoffer Bjerknes Bio

Christoffer is a partner in the Transaction department. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, venture capital, investments and joint ventures. He frequently advises on complex transactions in the Nordics, representing mainly Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, Family Offices and industrial players. Christoffer has been a lawyer since 2008 and joined Schjødt in 2022. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
