Christian is a partner with our Transactions department. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience with advising investment funds as well as Norwegian and international industrial groups in connection with transactions and various corporate and contractual matters. Christian also works with seed capital, venture capital and corporate finance, and is advising start-up companies and venture capital funds on both legal and strategic matters. Christian has a law degree from the University of Bergen, and an LMM from University of Auckland. He has worked at Schjødt from 2013-2017, including a secondment to FSN Capital and EVRY. Prior to rejoining Schjødt, Christian worked in EVRY as management consultant and the lawfirm Arntzen de Besche with M&A.
