Caroline Karlsson Bio

Caroline specialises in private M&A and transactional risk management. She has vast experience of advising international and domestic corporate and private equity clients in cross-border and domestic transactions, across a wide range of industry sectors. Caroline has extensive experience of transactional risk management and structuring, procuring and negotiating transactional insurance solutions, including warranty and indemnity insurances. Caroline joined Schjødt in 2019 from Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, where she headed their Nordic business, after having been working as a senior associate with leading Swedish law firm, Mannheimer Swartling 2008-2018. She holds a LL.M from the University of Uppsala and is a member of the Norwegian and Swedish Bar Associations.
