Audun Bondkall Bio

Audun is a partner in Schjødt's Transactions department and Capital Markets practice group. He joined Schjødt in 2005 and specializes in capital markets transactions, securities law, and M&A, with a particular focus on public and international transactions. Audun has been a legal advisor in several of the larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market in recent years, advising both the issuer and the investment bank side. He has substantial experience in larger M&A transactions and general corporate law and securities law advice.
