Bio

Trygve Nilssen is a partner in the Transactions department. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments, joint ventures, commercial contracts and strategic advisory. He frequently advises on large national and cross borders transactions, representing private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices and large industrial players. Trygve also works with venture capital transactions and is advising both start-up companies and investors on legal and strategic matters. Trygve has a law degree from the University of Bergen. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the law firm BA-HR DA and in the legal department of DNB Bank ASA, where he primarily assisted the Equity Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory departments in DNB Markets, Investment Banking Division.
