Bio

Martin Jetlund is a partner with focus on employment and pensions law. He advises Norwegian and international clients on a broad range of matters, such as reorganisations, acquisitions/mergers, outsourcings, whistleblowing investigations and incentive schemes. He also has in-depth knowledge of EU/EEA law and assists clients with international employment relationships and cross-border operations. Martin also has extensive experience from negotiations and litigation. Martin has been a lawyer since 2006 and joined Schjødt in 2014. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen and holds an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Nottingham. He is ranked as a leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
