Egil Willumsen has been working with transactions within real estate and M&A for about 25 years. He has broad experience from local, national and cross boarder transactions. His clients varies from private companies, funds, listed companies and the authorities. In addition to his experience as lawyer, Egil has also served as CEO for a real estate company and has extensive experience from board positions in different companies.
