Kjetil Hardeng Bio

Kjetil is Head of M&A at Haavind and specialises in domestic and international corporate transactions. Kjetil works with planning and execution of transactions, both structured auction processes and bilateral negotiations. He has assisted in major acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S., Asia and Africa, as well as in public-to-private transactions. He has extensive experience with renewable energy issues. Kjetil is ranked in “Hall of Fame” by Legal 500 and leading within Corporate M&A by Chambers & Partners.
