Bjorn Olav Torpp serves as head of Haavind’s corporate practice. He specialises in M&A and private equity and has a strong track record of advising on major M&A transactions and corporate governance matters. His practice includes international and domestic transactions, strategic investments and cooperation between shareholders. Bjørn Olav has a particular focus on the real estate, renewable energy, IT/technology and retail sectors. He has been distinguished as one of the leading corporate/M&A lawyers in Norway by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
