Bjørn Brevik specialises in M&A and corporate law. Bjørn assists both international and local industrial and private equity clients. He has experience from M&A within a wide range of sectors, including e-health and technology businesses, international supply industries, fishery and aquaculture and media and consultancy companies. He has a particular focus on cross-border transactions, both inbound and outbound. Bjørn’s areas of expertise also include joint ventures and development projects, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as mergers and demergers. He also works with financing of aircraft and aviation-related issues for internal aircraft lessors, financial institutions and airlines.
