Bard Sandstad Bio

Bård Sandstad assists clients with legal and strategic advice in relation to M&A/corporate assignments, and has long experience with advising companies within the oil & gas, offshore and shipping sectors. He has extensive experience with advising both public and private companies with i.a. acquisitions of shares and assets, mergers/de-mergers, share issues and other equity transactions. He has also been a key advisor in voluntary and mandatory public offers, stock exchange listings with related equity and bond financing, and several complex legal and financial restructurings. He also assists with general corporate- and security law. Bård has long international experience and has worked with projects in i.a. USA, U.K., Russia and West Africa.
