Benjamin Sorensen Agdestein specializes in real estate and finance and works with most legal fields within real estate. He works regularly with contract law issues and has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting most common contract types related to the sale and purchase of property or companies. He is also well versed in lease contract negotiation, both for existing premises and buildings under construction. Benjamin can assist with facilitation and execution of transactions, especially in connection with development sites/projects.
