Benjamin S. Agdestein specializes in transactions and financing. He has extensive experience in facilitating and executing the purchase and sale of companies, primarily within the real estate sector. Benjamin also provides general corporate law advice, including the preparation and negotiation of partnership/shareholder agreements, changes in corporate structures and other reorganizations. He has particular expertise in complex real estate development projects, and can assist with both legal and commercial advice throughout the development phase and up to sale/lease. Benjamin also has many years of experience in assisting Norwegian and foreign banks, brokerage houses and borrowers in connection with the financing of transactions within the real estate, energy and shipping sectors. Benjamin has particular expertise in choice of law issues, security interests and cross-border enforcement.
