Arild assists both Norwegian and foreign clients with transactions, purchases and investments in businesses and with advice on corporate and property law issues. Arild has particular experience and focus on commercial real estate, assisting clients with property development, structuring of real estate projects and property transactions. He has significant experience with commercial leases and assists both landlords and tenants in negotiations and disputes, including forced deviation and collection of disputed rent claims. Arild is a licensed real estate agent. He has extensive experience in corporate law advice, including transactions and M&A, shareholder agreements, etc. as well as experience in liquidation, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. He also assists in matters of board liability, revocation, pledge and provides assistance to creditors and suppliers with securing and collecting monetary claims. Arild also assists with dispute resolution and court proceedings.
