Arild Gjelsvik is part of our real estate team and works mainly with commercial real estate. He assists our clients with real estate development, structuring of real estate projects, and transactions. He has extensive experience with commercial lease contracts and assists both landlords and tenants in negotiations and disputes. This includes eviction and enforcement of disputed rent claims. Arild has extensive experience with corporate law and general contract law. He assists with corporate transactions and drafting contracts, and is an experienced strategic advisor for our clients. Arild is also experienced in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy, including board member liability, security rights and assistance to creditors with securing and enforcing claims.
