Andreas Hinsen Bio

Andreas Hinsen's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings as well as general corporate and stock exchange laws. Andreas has broad experience in private equity and venture capital transactions and has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, internal restructurings, shareholder agreements, growth capital investments and public-to-private deals. He also frequently advises on general corporate law matters and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Advestra, Andreas worked at two leading Swiss law firms as well as a leading New York law firm. Andreas is ranked by both IFLR1000 and Legal500 and listed as rising star by Expert Guides in the areas of Corporate/M&A/Private Equity since 2021.
