Rashid Bahar is an expert on corporate law and financial market regulations combining his experience as a practitioner with his academic activities. He advises financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters. He acts on complex financings, where he advises both lenders and borrowers, and on mergers & acquisitions in the financial industry. He regularly represents clients in licensing and enforcement proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and other authorities.
