Daniel Raun prac­tice focuses on M&A and oth­er cor­por­ate trans­ac­tions, includ­ing private equity and ven­ture cap­it­al, joint ven­tures and carve-out transactions. Daniel also has extens­ive exper­i­ence in cor­por­ate and secur­it­ies laws, includ­ing cor­por­ate gov­ernance.
