Andreas Hin­sen prac­tice focuses on domest­ic and cross-bor­der M&A trans­ac­tions, cor­por­ate gov­ernance, restruc­tur­ings as well as gen­er­al cor­por­ate and stock exchange laws. Andreas has broad exper­i­ence in private equity and ven­ture cap­it­al trans­ac­tions and has advised on a wide range of cor­por­ate trans­ac­tions, includ­ing joint ven­tures, intern­al restruc­tur­ings, share­hold­er agree­ments, growth cap­it­al invest­ments and pub­lic-to-private deals. He also fre­quently advises on gen­er­al cor­por­ate law mat­ters and real estate transactions. Pri­or to join­ing Advestra, Andreas worked at two lead­ing Swiss law firms as well as a lead­ing New York law firm. Andreas is ranked by both IFLR1000 and Legal500 and lis­ted as rising star by Expert Guides in the areas of Corporate/M&A/Private Equity since 2021.
