Vito Bisceglie focuses mainly on Real Estate Law, Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. He has gained extensive experience in assisting Italian and international clients in investment and/or financing transactions, also through innovative financial structures and instruments, particularly in the Real Estate sector. He has developed a notable expertise in the field of healthcare and social services, including with reference to the specific sector regulations. He specialises in transactions involving contribution and/or sale of real estate to FIAs and other vehicles, dealing with all the stages of the relevant projects, from the structuring of the deal and establishment of the vehicle to the negotiation and closing of the relevant agreements. He regularly assists public and private companies and bodies operating in the health, welfare and social security sector, i.e. service providers, investors, lenders and social security institutions and pension funds, in terms of the rules and regulations applicable to the relevant subjects, typical activities and transactions involving investment and acquisition as well as the restructuring and rationalisation of healthcare and social facilities. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the series "Legislazione degli intermediari e degli strumenti finanziari" - Aracne Editrice.
