Luigi Croce advises Italian and foreign clients with real estate, M&A and private equity topics, with a specific focus on real estate acquisitions and sales (single asset/portfolios), to be completed also trough special purpose vehicles (such as, for example, real estate funds, SIIQ, etc), asset management, leases. He dealt with some of the most important transactions in the real estate market, within several asset classes. Luigi Croce served for one year as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC, Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali), of which the Firm was a member for three years.
