Lucia Corradi Bio

Lucia Corradi mainly deals with corporate and commercial law, especially in M&A and private equity. She assists on a regular basis Italian and foreign investment funds, and national and multinational industrial operators in the organization and negotiation of extraordinary transactions (sales and contributions in kind of equity interests and businesses, mergers, demergers, transformations, capital increases, issuance of bonds and financial instruments). Lucia provides also legal advice on corporate governance to listed and unlisted companies, drafting by-laws, shareholders agreements, option agreements, directorship agreements, and share-based incentive plans for employees and directors.
