Jacopo Arnaboldi Bio

Jacopo Arnaboldi provides assistance and consulting services to the Firm's leading domestic and international clients. In particular, Jacopo specializes in civil and commercial law, advising on the whole range of contracts; he has been involved in several domestic and international M&A transactions, joint ventures and start-ups. In addition, Jacopo has gained significant experience in regulated sectors, such as TMT, B2C (Consumer Code) and regional and local regulations on retail. During his working activities, Jacopo was seconded in Nctm LLP, London (2012).
