Yunus is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial division. He acts on all aspects of corporate finance with a particular focus on private equity. He is used to leading large legal teams on complex multifaceted deals, many of which have public market aspects. Yunus has acted for various private equity houses for a number of years and has undertaken a string of transactions spanning over 25 years for clients across a range of sectors including media, retail, engineering, business services and IT. He has won a number of awards for his work and is recognised as a leading corporate mergers and acquisitions lawyer in the UK legal directories.
