Richard Small Bio

Richard is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate Department based in the London office. His practice focuses on financial services regulatory advice and assisting clients in their interactions with regulatory authorities. He is a member of the Private Funds Group advising a variety of private fund GPs / managers on a wide range of marketing, conduct, M&A and governance matters. Much of Richard's practice involves cross-border regulatory advice and assisting overseas clients navigating the regulatory perimeter and FCA's rules and guidance. Richard has particular expertise in the collective investment schemes regime.
