Paul leads our multi-award winning Private Equity team across the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in acting on all aspects of M&A and corporate investment and is a Private Equity specialist. He acts for sponsors, management teams and sellers on all types of private equity transactions along with acting for numerous portfolio companies. Paul also acts as client relationship partner for a number of the firm's clients on M&A and their other legal needs. Investors advised by Paul throughout his career include 3i, Ardenton, Aquiline, BGF, Bridges, Cap10, CBPE, ECI, Elysian, Equistone, H2, Inflexion, LDC, Livingbridge, Longacre, NorthEdge, NVM, Phoenix, Primary and Waterland. He has also advised numerous successful companies and management teams in relation to private equity investment and exit deals. Paul acts across most sectors with significant experience in business services, digital and tech, FMCG (including food and drink and consumer products) and professional practices.
