Oliver Broomfield Bio

Oliver is a Partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate team in London. He spent over 10 years at a magic circle law firm before joining Addleshaw Goddard in 2021. Oliver advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including private M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures and Part VII transfers as well as general corporate advisory work. Oliver has a particular focus on the Financial Services sector and has worked closely with a number of insurers, banks, brokers and asset managers. He also has broader sector expertise, having acted on transactions across the retail & consumer, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. Oliver spent two years working in Hong Kong, during which time he advised HK companies on outbound M&A and international companies on their investments in the APAC region. He has also spent time on secondment to Deutsche Bank in London.
