Marc Field Bio

Marc acts on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in private equity transactions where he regularly acts for investors including Accel-KKR, Bridges Fund Management, ECI, Inflexion and Magenta Partners. He advises private equity houses on executing their investments, managing their portfolio companies during the life of their investments and helping them to deliver successful exits. Marc also regularly advises founders and management teams on disposals to private equity investors and corporates, supporting them throughout their involvement in the business and on bolt-on acquisitions.
