Hugh Lauritsen Bio

Hugh is a co-head of our Financial Services Sector and a Corporate Partner with extensive experience in advising on private acquisitions and disposals for both public and private companies, joint ventures and group reorganisations, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. Hugh acts for a range of UK clearing, international and challenger banks, building societies, non-bank lenders, payment service providers and fintechs on their acquisitions and disposals. Hugh also advised extensively on regulated and non-regulated debt portfolio transactions.
