Germán Cabrera is a Partner in the Corporate team in Madrid and a lawyer with over 18 years of experience. He specialises in corporate law and M&A, advising both national and cross-border clients on all types of M&A transactions, with a specific focus on the private equity, energy, infrastructure and sport sector. Germán also has an in-dept knowledge in general corporate advice, corporate restructurings and corporate governance, having been appointed as secretary of the Board of several companies.
