Duncan Wilson Bio

Duncan is a Partner in the Manchester corporate team and has extensive experience of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, takeover offers, equity fundraisings, group reorganisations, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He has particular expertise in all aspects of public company work and regularly advises large corporate and institutional clients. Duncan is a regular speaker to clients and intermediaries on corporate transactions and listed company issues and has contributed to a paper on UK corporate governance for submission to the European Parliament. Duncan was nominated as a Finance Monthly Deal Maker of the Year in 2012 and is described by clients as "very responsive, very practical and gives clear advice", "technically excellent" and "entirely focused on getting the deal across the line".
