Derek McCombe Bio

Derek has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of corporate transactional matters including private M&A, private equity and venture capital deals. He has a particular focus on the Retail and Consumer sector, regularly advising a number of high street brands and retailers across the UK. As well as corporate transactional work, Derek has a wealth of experience in advising on joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and constitutional matters. His clients include large corporates, high growth companies as well as high net worth entrepreneurs and investors. Derek also has over 20 years' experience advising clients on solvent and insolvent corporate restructurings. Having this breadth of experience enables him to advise clients across all aspects of their corporate journey.
