David leads our corporate team in Scotland. He is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in our Edinburgh office, his personal practice focusses on Technology sector. David advises on transactional corporate matters and joint ventures as well as technology outsourcing arrangements, software licensing and technology innovation and exploitation. David is recognised as a leading partner in the Legal 500 under the Corporate and Commercial IT & Telecoms categories and noted as particularly active in the technology and fintech sectors in relation to corporate transactions. David co-leads the firm's Fintech subsector.
