Dale Chapman provides corporate and commercial advice to his Australian and international clients who include both public and private companies, co-operatives and agencies. He guides them through key transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture projects, equity capital markets, as well as their corporate governance and commercial contracting. He also acts as external general counsel for a number of clients. Dale is known for his broad business and corporate law expertise. His clients value his pragmatic and approachable style, clear communication and commercial approach. They also appreciate his international perspective, gained practising law in Tokyo, where he acted for some of Japan’s largest trading houses on a variety of challenging global transactions. Dale also has a focus on the water sector with significant expertise in water law, markets and trading, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts for the water industry.
