Zhulieta Mandazhieva Bio

For almost 20 years, Zhulieta Mandazhieva has been busy advising the financial services, capital markets, and payment services sector. She has represented banks, asset managers/UCITs schemes, investment firms, public listed companies, payment/financial institutions, and REITs. She has been responsible for their licensing operations, client documentation sets, new product legal assessments, restructurings, IPOs, shares splits, OTC derivatives documentation, and regulatory updates. Over the last decade, the larger part of her clients consists of technology/software companies, digital/internet services providers, and business clients who are digitising their services.
